A new voice will penetrate Internet air waves on weekends as Progressive News Radio goes live on Sundays, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm on blogtalkradio.com, (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/progress-news-network/2011/03/27/progressive-news-network). This weekly show will feature progressive news and events from all around the state of Florida and is hosted and co-produced by Richard Spisak, well known South Florida political activist and raconteur, along with co-producer Mikki Royce, founder of the United Progressive Network of Progressive Round Tables by county. Each week correspondents from Tallahassee to Miami will call in and give us live reports on what is happening in their respective cities. Progressive News Radio was created to further unite the progressive community by promoting an exchange of information statewide. Since traditional media seems ignore progressive issues, PNN will provide a platform for progressive voices from across the state.
