Harrell used to support planned parenthood. Not anymore, when spine is required. Harrell had appeared before a Chamber of Commerce Dinner a few years back assuring the members, that TAXES could be cut over and over and over, with no effect on services. Services would grow, because once business was freed from onerous regulation it would prosper. Floridians would flourish in this new TAX CUT Heaven. We would lose no teachers, no police, no fireman.
